Message :I consider quality in terms of the following:
:1. looks (size, dish)
:2. weight (may not be important for you:-)
:3. cost.

4. strength (forged vs. cast)
5. single-piece vs. multi-piece
6. quality of the finish in appearance (consistency)
7. durability of the finish (cheap wheels have flaking clearcoat, and other problems)

ADRs are just cheap single-piece, cast wheels like Konigs - no better and no worse. They're definitely not on the same level as an HRE, Iforged, RO_JA, Volk, Kinesis, etc. wheel.

I say save your money and get quality wheels, but this is coming from a guy with 2-piece, forged 18s (RO_JAs) on one car, and 3-piece, forged 19s (SSRs) on the other.
